Ready to Spring into a new role? Emerest Health of PA is now hiring Intake Specialist for Mercer County

Qualifications:

This is not a remote position.

2+ years in homecare or healthcare (client-focused)

Must be willing to travel within assigned coverage area.

Must be in the state of PA.

Ability to work occasional evenings/weekends

What You’ll Do:

Conduct quality assurance visits to clients' homes to assess the quality of care being provided and ensure compliance with agency standards.

Conduct initial intakes and conduct home assessment with the client and their families.

Perform quality assurance and supervisory visits

Document and report findings from quality assurance and supervisory visits.
