Job Title: Intake Specialist
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 4:30 pm PST
Job Description:
• Seeking a hard-working, organized, self-motivated, and patient candidate.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Preference for candidates with a production background in sales or other qualifying customer service experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Some office or legal experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
• Communicate with prospective clients via phone, email, and text.
• Ensure accurate data entry into the system.
• Make follow-up calls to potential clients.
• Manage onboarding processes for new clients.
• Assess incoming calls to determine if clients should be signed by the firm or referred elsewhere, while inputting client contact data.
