Paul Davis Restoration of Utah is looking for professional, hard working, and reliable individuals to represent our company with professional customer service. This is an extremely important role in our company, and we are looking for the best of the best to fill it.
What does an Intake Specialist with Paul Davis do?
This position requires quick and accurate keyboarding skills, professional and accurate follow through, and various front office-related tasks
Professionally represent PDR as being the first point of customer contact
Must be comfortable with a high call volume environment with strong multi-tasking abilities
Job Requirements
1 - 2 years+ of experience in a relevant role preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Mitigation experience is a plus but not required
Highly organized and attention to detail with problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize while communicating effectively
High-level communicator
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Schedule
7:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday
