In this engaging role, you will be the vital link that facilitates seamless communication and support for clients as they navigate their healthcare journeys.

Your Role Will Include:

• Facilitating call center operations, admissions processes, CRM/EMR data management, and pre-admission insurance protocols
• Overseeing outbound calling initiatives and marketing campaigns
• Keeping the CRM database and pre-screening tools in tip-top shape
• Coordinating the logistics for client intake
• Building strong connections with clients, families, and referral sources
• Assisting with billing procedures and financial planning
• Monitoring calls, social media engagement, and SEO performance
• Supporting the coordination of both internal and external marketing efforts
• Managing emergency situations while upholding compliance standards

Requirements:
• A passion for helping others and a strong empathetic nature.
• Previous experience in a healthcare environment, particularly in intake or case support roles, is a big plus!
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients effectively.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with healthcare documentation and regulations, ensuring compliance at every step.
• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and basic office software.
• Availability during US hours: Monday to Friday from 12 PM to 7 PM EST and Sunday from 10 AM to 3 PM EST.
