Position Overview:
• Handle every new inquiry with clarity, confidence, and strong follow-through.
• Convert inbound calls into scheduled care consults.
• Keep Salesforce organized and accurate.
• Support the sales team with consistent outreach, QA follow-ups, and light marketing tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Answer all inbound service inquiries by phone.
• Communicate service options, rates, strengths, and value confidently.
• Convert callers into scheduled care consults for the team.
• Log every inquiry, call, and follow-up in Salesforce.
• Maintain clean, accurate records in Salesforce and WellSky.
• Complete follow-up calls to prospects to support the consult team.
• Conduct QA calls with current clients to ensure service quality.
• Handle general day-to-day phone communication for the team.
• Coordinate lunch and learns with hospitals and community partners.
• Support marketing efforts by setting appointments and organizing materials.
• Serve as the first point of contact for interested families and referral partners.
• Support the sales team in an SDR-style role focused on consistent activity and pipeline health.
Skills:
• Strong sales background with proven phone-based conversion experience.
• Clear, professional communication in English.
• Confident explaining rates, services, and processes.
• Strong follow-up habits.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to stay organized across multiple systems (Salesforce, WellSky).
• Professional, empathetic approach with prospects and clients.
