SecureOps est à la recherche d’un(e) intégrateur(trice) de systèmes junior talentueux(se) pour se joindre à son équipe de professionnels qualifiés. Le ou la candidat(e) idéal(e) est autonome, proactif(ve) et possède la capacité de planifier, organiser et exécuter divers projets liés aux technologies de l’information. L’intégrateur(trice) de systèmes junior travaille sous la supervision du comité de direction TI et collabore étroitement avec l’équipe des services professionnels de SecureOps ainsi qu’avec les gestionnaires de projets sur des initiatives internes et destinées aux clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

Tests et validation des systèmes : Exécuter des plans, procédures et scripts de tests afin de valider de nouvelles fonctionnalités ou de diagnostiquer des problèmes.
Assurer le bon fonctionnement de l’environnement MDM (JAMF Pro) et le niveau de correctifs de tous les postes de travail et appareils mobiles.

Santé des systèmes : Assurer la performance et la disponibilité de l’infrastructure SecureOps (sur site, infonuagique, etc.).

Support à l’intégration : Participer à l’intégration, à la configuration et au déploiement de matériel, logiciels ou connexions API.

Dépannage et maintenance : Identifier, analyser et documenter les incidents techniques, incluant la maintenance des environnements de laboratoire.

Gestion des configurations : Mettre à jour les fichiers de configuration des systèmes (ex. XML, INI) et maintenir les variables d’environnement.

Documentation : Maintenir des dossiers précis concernant les configurations système, les résultats de tests et les procédures de déploiement.

Identifier des opportunités d’amélioration et proposer des solutions rentables.

Exploiter les fonctionnalités de l’infrastructure et des outils existants.

Collaborer avec l’équipe de support de proximité afin d’assurer la réalisation des tâches TI de base et d’offrir de l’accompagnement lorsque requis.

Interagir avec les parties prenantes internes, fournisseurs et partenaires afin d’assurer l’efficacité des opérations TI.

Secondary Responsibilities:

Maintenir l’inventaire des actifs et le suivi des licences logicielles.

Superviser l’inventaire des actifs et des licences logicielles.

Superviser, appliquer et maintenir les politiques TI.

Skills and Experience:

Une (1) à trois (3) années d’expérience en administration de systèmes et/ou DEC/AEC pertinent.

Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps et capacité à travailler en équipe.

Maîtrise parfaite de l'anglais, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral, en raison des interactions régulières avec des clients/partenaires hors Québec et de la nature des responsabilités internationales de l'entreprise.

Autonomie et sens de l’organisation.

Connaissance des environnements Windows/Linux/Apple, notions de script (ex. Python, Bash, PowerShell) et bases en réseautique.

Capacité d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes techniques.

Orientation solutions et assurance qualité.

Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément.

Connaissance des plateformes DevOps ou de tout langage de programmation/scripting.

Expérience avec macOS (un atout).

Connaissance de Google Workspace, des fournisseurs d’identité modernes et des solutions SaaS / infonuagiques.

Expérience avec la suite Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, etc.) (un atout).

Connaissances de base en cybersécurité.

SecureOps is seeking a talented Jr. System Integrator to join its team of skilled professionals. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, proactive, with the ability to plan, organize and execute various IT-related projects. The Jr. System Integrator works under the guidance of the IT steering committee and works closely with the SecureOps Professional Services team and Project Managers on internal and customer-facing projects.

Primary Responsibilities:

System Testing & Verification: Execute test plans, procedures, and scripts to validate new functionality or diagnose problems.

Ensure the operation of MDM environment (JAMF Pro) and patch levels of all workstations and mobile devices.

System Health: Ensure the health and performance of SecureOps infrastructure (On-prem, Cloud, Etc.

Integration Support: Assist in integrating, configuring, and deploying hardware, software, or API connections.

Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Identify, investigate, and document technical issues, including maintaining lab environments.

Configuration Management: Update system configuration files (e.g., XML, INI) and maintain environment variables.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of system configurations, test results, and deployment procedures. 

Identify areas of improvement and propose cost-effective solutions

Leverage features and functionality within the existing infrastructure and tool sets

Work with deskside support staff to ensure basic IT tasks are handled and provide guidance when necessary

Interact with internal stakeholders, vendors and partners to ensure efficient IT operations

Secondary Responsibilities:

Maintain Asset inventory and software license counts

Oversee Asset inventory and software license counts

Oversee, enforce, and maintain the IT Policy

Skills and Experience:

One (1) to three (3) years of System Administration experience and/or relevant Cegep DEC/AES

Strong time management, and the ability to work in a team environment

Self-driven and organized 

Familiarity with Windows/Linux/Apple environments, basic scripting (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell), and networking fundamentals.

Ability to analyze data and resolve technical issues.

Solutions-focused and Q.A. oriented

Ability to multitask and prioritize work

Familiar with DevOPs platforms or any scripting/programming language

Experience supporting MacOS an asset

Familiar with Google Workspace, Modern Identity Providers and SaaS/Cloud Providers

Experience with Atlassion product suite (Jira, Confluence, etc.) is an asset
