This is a great opportunity for someone who’s highly detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about process improvement and client service in the insurance field.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day insurance operations in Applied Epic, including data entry, renewals, policy issuance, and client updates.
• Support both Personal Lines and Commercial Lines insurance workflows.
• Ensure data accuracy across all client and policy records.
• Communicate with underwriters, agents, and clients to ensure timely processing and issue resolution.
• Create, update, and maintain process documentation and training materials.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to streamline agency operations.
• (If Trainer role): Conduct internal training sessions on Epic, insurance workflows, and best practices for new hires or client teams.
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in the US insurance industry (personal or commercial lines).
• Strong working knowledge of Applied Epic (required).

• Excellent communication and written English skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote collaboration tools (Teams, Slack, etc.).
• Training or coaching experience (preferred, but not required).
Preferred Skills
• Prior experience in insurance operations, policy servicing, or account management.
• Experience developing training materials or standard operating procedures.
