Any appointment to this role is contingent upon the company’s assurance that the candidate fulfils the criteria stated in the Fitness and Probity standards issued by the Central Bank of Ireland. As part of this process, the company is obligated to conduct a specified due diligence procedure to evaluate the candidate's suitability and integrity.
