Insurance Product & Service Value Proposition Management Manager
Country: Spain
Santander Insurance is looking for a JV Management & Strategy Manager I , based in Madrid.

In this role, your main responsibilities will include:
• Understanding of the overall bancassurance operation across the 10 geographies where Santander Insurance business operates.
• Prepare documentation to enable the decision taking in key governance bodies like Santander Board of Directors, Executive Committee, One-to-one with CEO, Quarterly and Annual public presentation results or JST documentation.
• Development of the yearly Strategic Planning process in alignment with Santander key stakeholders and Insurance joint-ventures, analysing business units’ macroeconomic and regulatory context, strengths and challenges, trends and mid-term opportunities, and key strategic priorities.
• Alignment with insurance joint-ventures in the key initiatives and financing model for the proper execution of the insurance strategy
• Support in the follow-up of distribution agreements across countries.
• Analyse and build on boards' draft documentation on preparatory phase to align stakeholders, and contrast financial information like business KPIs or P&L.

Professional experience
• Previous experience in consultancy (+5years)
• Knowledge of insurance businesses (Desirable)
Education
• Master's Degree (Business Administration, Actuarial, Engenieering)
Languages
• Fluent English and Spanish (C1) is required
Technical skills (Hard skills)
• Deep analytical skills
• Microsoft office expert (Excel, Power Point)
• Prompt and AI tools (Chat GPT)
Interpersonal skills (Soft skills)
• Ability to analyse, interpret and connect insurance metrics to shareholder value.
• In-depth knowledge of Santander Group’s structure and operations (desirable), with a track record of effectively engaging and influencing stakeholders across diverse functions.
• Experience working in international teams with an ability to adapt to cultural differences
