Insurance Processor (Jewish Insurance Firm Experience)

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Insurance Processor with experience working in a Jewish insurance firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing insurance requests, extending coverage, preparing quotes, maintaining existing policies, and supporting new outreach sales. This role requires strong industry knowledge, accuracy, and excellent communication skills when working with clients and carriers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process insurance policy extensions, renewals, and modifications accurately.
• Prepare and deliver insurance quotes for new and existing clients.
• Maintain and update client information, policy records, and documentation.
• Coordinate with carriers to verify coverage details, premiums, and underwriting requirements.
• Support new outreach and sales efforts by contacting prospective clients and providing product information.
• Follow up with clients regarding outstanding documents, renewal deadlines, and eligible policy upgrades.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure all client inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
• Adhere to the compliance standards and workflow practices commonly followed in Jewish insurance

Requirements:
• Prior experience working in a Jewish insurance firm is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance processes, quoting, underwriting basics, and policy maintenance.
• Experience with outreach sales and client communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-service–oriented, professional, and organized.
