🚀 About the Role
As a Personal Claims Handler, you’ll be responsible for managing warranty claims for products such as furniture and electrical appliances, working closely with well-known high street retailers.
You’ll handle claims from start to finish, ensuring each one is dealt with fairly, accurately, and efficiently. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own caseload, while also being part of a collaborative team that supports and learns from one another.

🛠What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting customers through the claims process with a clear, friendly, and empathetic approach
Handling inbound and outbound calls, answering queries and resolving issues efficiently
Taking full ownership of claims, including arranging repairs, ordering parts, or settling claims
Maintaining accurate records to ensure compliance and high service standards
Working closely with colleagues to meet team targets and share best practice
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
