We’re hiring an Insurance Legal Product Expert at Qover

This role is all about keeping our live insurance programs running smoothly across the EU – but not just that. We’re looking for someone who’s as comfortable managing complexity as building strong partner relationships.

This isn’t a paper-pushing kind of job. It’s a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll be the go-to person across product, claims, data, and more – and part of an amazing team that genuinely enjoys solving problems together.

What you’ll do
- Manage and grow relationships with top-tier partners, leading QBRs, renewals, and training.
- Solve complex issues (claims, compliance, operations, product queries) with confidence.
- Monitor product performance and fine-tune insurance offerings for efficiency and customer impact.
- Coordinate with risk carriers, support audits, and analyze program data (loss ratios, claims, underwriting flows).
- Drive improvements in quality, compliance, and distribution strategies.

You’ll thrive here if you:

– have 3–5 years’ experience as an insurance product expert or underwriter in mobility or financial institution coverages (think travel, purchase protection, extended warranties)
– hold a Bachelor’s in Insurance or a Master’s in Law
– care deeply about customers, and know how to turn challenges into smart, scalable solutions
- take a hands-on, calm approach to problem solving
– are pragmatic, curious and eager to learn
