Kelly Services is currently seeking a Insurance Claims Processor for one of our top clients in Richardson, TX
JOB DESCRIPTION:

Processors in the Richardson office are expected to assist in the processing of the paperwork needed to settle auto total loss insurance claims for our customers.

Duties:
Create letters based on criteria submitted by adjusters in a template form Review SharePoint for appropriate communications per state regulations.Contact Banks to attain the payoff balance for our customers vehicles.Document actions/progress in NextGen our information system. Create FedEx labels and packages

Responsibilities: Maintain letter accuracy of letters Maintain quality and production expectations
