Job Description

Position: Insurance Agent

Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST)

Full-Time, Remote Work.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate policies.
• Market and promote various insurance products to potential clients through networking and outreach.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Assist clients with policy claims and inquiries, ensuring a seamless and supportive process.
• Stay informed on current insurance policies, regulations, and market trends to effectively advise clients.
• Achieve sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building strategies.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals and policy documents to clients.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or finance is advantageous.
• Valid insurance license in the applicable state; additional certifications (CIC, CPCU) are a plus.
• Proven experience as an insurance agent or similar sales role.
• Strong understanding of insurance products and services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
