About the Role
As an Insurance Agent Assistant supporting our Agent Relations team, you’ll help ensure our insurance agents remain licensed, contracted, and ready to serve clients. You’ll be the go-to person for accurate documentation, smooth processes, and a seamless agent experience. Full training is provided, and you’ll always have a supportive team to guide you.
This is a full-time, entry-level position offering stable hours, benefits, paid time off, and opportunities to grow within the insurance industry.
A Day in This Role
Manage agent contracts, licensing, and carrier appointments
Serve as a professional point of contact for agents and carriers
Maintain accurate records and documentation in internal systems
Assist with onboarding new agents and team members
Support reporting, follow-ups, and general administrative tasks to keep the department running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish (Required)
Comfortable learning new software, systems, and databases
Able to work independently while collaborating with a team
1–2 years of administrative, compliance, or related experience preferred
Previous insurance experience or familiarity with licensing and contracting processes (Preferred but not required)
