Job Description

Egnatia Aviation is a leading Flight Training Organisation specializing in commercial pilot training. With over 19 years of experience, we have become one of the largest and most reputable airline pilot academies in Europe, proudly training pilots for major airlines including Olympic Air, Aegean Airlines, Iraqi Airways, and Wizz Air.

In addition to pilot training, we offer Part-145 Aircraft Maintenance and CAMO services.

Since January 2023, we have been operating from our very own General Aviation aerodrome “Lydia”, located in Amygdaleonas, Kavala, Greece – the first private, fully functional general aviation aerodrome in the country. Learn more at lgkm.aero

Requirements:
We are looking for professional, enthusiastic IR Instructors with a passion for teaching, who are aligned with industry standards and company values.

Essential Requirements

• Valid EASA CPL
• Valid FI/IRI rating
• Valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate
• Valid ICAO English Language Proficiency
• EU citizenship or the right to live and work in the EU / Greece

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver flight instruction in aircraft and FNPTII simulators, as assigned by the CFI
• Guide students through the approved training syllabus to ensure high-quality preparation
• Meet training goals and timeframes set in collaboration with clients
• Support and contribute to maintaining high training standards and outcomes

Selection Process

• Online Interview
• Instructor Seminar Attendance in Kavala, Greece up to 3 weeks, which includes induction, intensive standardisation training, and final assessment
