Instructional Designer

About the Role:

We are looking for an Instructional Designer (Learning Experience Architect) to design, build, and deliver high-quality learning experiences that enable scalable knowledge transfer across the organization. This role will be responsible for structuring learning programs, creating engaging asynchronous training content, and facilitating live training sessions—ensuring clarity, pedagogical consistency, and reusability of all learning materials.

You will play a key role in shaping how knowledge is created, shared, and consumed through our LMS (Simetrik Academy) and live training environments.

Responsibilities: 

Design and structure end-to-end learning programs aligned with business and learner needs.

Create asynchronous training content hosted on our LMS (Simetrik Academy).

Develop clear, structured, and reusable instructional documentation and learning assets.

Facilitate live training sessions and workshops, both virtually and in real time.

Ensure pedagogical quality, consistency, and effectiveness across all learning experiences.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate complex topics into effective learning journeys.

Continuously improve learning content based on feedback, performance metrics, and best practices in instructional design.

Minimum Qualifications: 

Proven experience in Instructional Design.

Strong ability to design and structure learning programs and training curricula.

Hands-on experience creating asynchronous learning content for LMS platforms.

Experience facilitating live training sessions.

Advanced English proficiency:

Able to fully facilitate trainings in English.

Fluent written and verbal communication skills.

High level of autonomy, organization, and strong pedagogical judgment.

Nice to Have: 

Experience in payments, financial services, or similar regulated industries is highly desirable.

Knowledge of graphic design and video editing.

A “full-stack” instructional designer profile who can both design and produce learning materials.

Experience using LMS tools and creating digital educational content.

Background in B2B, SaaS, or digital product environments.
