Title: Instructional Designer

Duration: 3 Months

Location: Newark, NJ

Position Comments: Instructional Designer - with graphic design background as well

Job Description:

• This position utilizes instructional design with deep experience in multi-modality curriculum development, performance improvement, digital graphic art, and adult learning principles to analyze, design, develop and evaluate instructional materials and programs.

• The training delivery methods are varied and can be classroom, web conferencing, ELearning and mobile modalities.

• Additionally, this position establishes and supports high standards of design and development for the company’s strategic direction, and positively impacts all participating learners’ performance.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills necessary with a focus on teamwork and flexibility.

Additional Skills: Graphic Design a significant plus

Major Responsibilities:

• Strategic planning and analysis of the learning needs of the sales operational teams

• Conduct effective needs analysis to determine the most appropriate learning solutions

• Develop and deploy content using various instructional methodologies including computer based training, simulations and virtual training

• Develop appropriate and compliant training programs, presentations and videos to support sales initiatives to our external business partners

• Ability to partner with the LMS Administrators to integrate ELearning Programs with the existing LMS Platform.

• Construction of training courses using various tools and technologies, such as Flash, HTML5, Captivate, Lectora, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, audio capture and editing, video capture and editing, mobile learning, etc.

• Understands and selects proper learning methodologies and best practices for synchronous and asynchronous training

• Develop evaluations for learning programs that utilizes the Kirkpatrick’s standard levels of measurement

• Build courses for field agents to support the mobile technology
