Job Description

Do you love turning ideas into engaging online learning? At VIATechnik, we’re looking for a Manila-based Instructional Designer & E-Learning Developer to create interactive, visually stunning courses in Articulate Rise. You’ll get all the content, outlines, and quizzes from us and your job is to bring them to life with creative design, smart interactions, and learner-friendly flow.

Reporting directly to our US-based L&D Manager, you’ll collaborate closely across time zones while working independently day-to-day. You’ll have the freedom to make small content refinements that boost learning impact, and you’ll explore AI tools to help streamline development and enhance course quality.

If you’re part designer, part developer, and 100% committed to creating better learning experiences, this role offers growth, autonomy, and the chance to shape how teams learn in a global, innovation-driven company.

What we’re looking for:

2 years using Articulate Rise

A portfolio with a minimum of 10 completed courses, at least one of which can be shared

English proficiency to C1/C2 level

Comfort editing copy, creating interactions, and working independently

Someone who is open to overlapping some US hours
