📈 ROLE DESCRIPTION
Alchemy Markets is looking for a driven Institutional Sales Executive to join our international team of talented individuals. You will focus on driving growth across our institutional clients, managing client relationships, promoting Alchemy Markets’ trading platforms, liquidity, and white-label solutions, and identifying opportunities for new business. The ideal candidate will have strong Forex industry experience, and personal trading experience, is a strong advantage.

The Institutional Sales Executive will be responsible to:
Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and
Prospect for new clients locally and internationally.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing
Promote Alchemy Markets’ trading platforms, liquidity solutions, and white-label
Attend FX, CFD, and financial industry trade shows, expos, and networking events to generate new
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging
Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, build client relationships, and ensure the company’s long-term success in the B2B market.
Analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to inform business
Maintain up-to-date, accurate, and detailed records of client interactions, opportunities, and agreements in the CRM.
Identify cross-selling opportunities with sister companies in the group (EMI, technology, and crypto solutions).
Perform other related duties as requested by the Direct Supervisor or Management.
🚀 WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Proven experience in B2B sales or business development within the Forex or financial trading industry.
Strong existing network and established book of business is strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, strategies, and relationship management.
In-depth FX and CFD industry knowledge.
Experience as a trader, especially in proprietary trading, is a significant advantage.
Business fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Self-motivated with excellent sales, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
