Position Overview
We are looking to onboard a highly skilled Institutional Operations & Support Manager to support our growing B2B and institutional client base.
This role sits at the core of our institutional offering and is responsible for the day-to-day operational support of B2B partners, with a strong focus on oneZero systems, bridge setup, execution quality, and best-execution solutions.
The ideal candidate has deep hands-on experience with oneZero infrastructure, understands institutional FX/CFD workflows, and can act as a trusted technical partner to brokers, liquidity providers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
B2B & Institutional Support
Provide day-to-day technical and operational support to institutional and B2B partners
Act as a primary point of contact for issues related to execution, routing, pricing, and connectivity
Support onboarding of new B2B clients from a technical and operational perspective
oneZero Platform Oversight
Monitor, manage, and maintain oneZero Hub, EcoSystem, bridges, and integrations
Oversee bridge configurations, liquidity routing, symbol mapping, markups, and failover setups
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to execution latency, rejects, slippage, or feed discrepancies
Best Execution & Optimization
Work closely with dealing, risk, and liquidity teams to optimize execution quality
Assist in designing and implementing best-execution solutions tailored to each client’s business model
Analyze execution metrics and recommend improvements to routing and setup
Setup & Integrations
Oversee initial and ongoing technical setups for brokers (platforms, bridges, LP connections)
Coordinate with internal IT, dealing, and external vendors to ensure smooth integrations
Support platform migrations, upgrades, and configuration changes
Incident Management & Reporting
Proactively monitor systems and respond to incidents in a timely and structured manner
Produce clear internal and client-facing reports related to execution issues and resolutions
Contribute to improving internal SOPs and operational processes
Key Requirements:
Strong hands-on experience with oneZero systems (Hub, Bridge, EcoSystem)
Proven background in institutional FX/CFD operations or liquidity support
Solid understanding of:
FX/CFD market structure
A-Book / B-Book / Hybrid models
Execution, latency, slippage, and liquidity routing
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical and operational issues under pressure
Preferred: Experience supporting Prime / Prime-of-Prime / Liquidity Provider environments
Preferred: Familiarity with MT4/MT5, cTrader, FIX connectivity, and institutional workflows
Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills (technical and non-technical)
Client-oriented mindset with the ability to build trust with institutional partners
High attention to detail and operational discipline
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, 24/5 or 24/7 trading environment
