ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring installers to build custom patios, screen rooms, and louvered roofs. This is a full-time, hands-on role with consistent hours, year-round work, and a great team culture. We provide tools, training, and performance bonuses.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Install outdoor structures: patios, louvered roofs, and screens
Read plans, measure job sites, and layout projects
Cut and install aluminum framing, louvers, screens
Perform basic electrical hookups (training provided)
Prep vehicles and load/unload tools and materials
Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
Communicate with PMs and sales team
Track materials and project progress
Represent Suncoast professionally at every job
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
1–3 years in construction, framing, or exterior install
Able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors
Comfortable with hand/power tools and measuring
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Basic tech skills (phone/tablet)
Reliable team player with attention to detail

$22–$28/hr + performance based production bonuses
