About the Role
As a Installation Technician, you will play a key role in helping homeowners improve their comfort and lower their utility bills through our core services, which include air sealing and insulation in attics and basements. This is a hands-on role where you'll work directly with our customers to enhance the energy efficiency of their homes, making a real difference in their daily lives.

We’re seeking an adaptable and reliable individual who can see a job through from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be a team player, able to communicate effectively with both customers and co-workers. Knowledge of home construction and building science is a plus, but if you don’t have direct experience, we’re happy to train the right person. Key Responsibilities
Install energy-saving solutions such as insulation and air sealing in attics and basements
Provide excellent customer service by ensuring a clean, professional, and respectful work environment
Work closely with a team to complete projects on time and to company standards
Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain accurate records of daily tasks and job progress
Qualifications
Knowledge of home construction, building science, or trades is helpful, but not required
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Willingness to learn and grow in the energy efficiency field
Physical Requirements:
Ability to climb ladders and work in tight spaces
Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 35 lbs., occasionally up to 50 lbs.
Ability to wear a respirator
Other Requirements
Valid Class C driver’s license
Compensation and Benefits
Wage: $23 – $28/hour, depending on experience + Monthly bonus plan
Hiring Bonus: $1000
