We’re looking for a hands-on Installation Specialist who takes pride in precision, professionalism, and delivering a five-star customer experience.

As the final point of contact with our clients, you are the face of Bay View Shade & Blind. The installation is where everything comes together — and your work ensures the customer’s experience ends on a high note.

You will:

Install custom window treatments in residential and commercial settings

Take accurate measurements and ensure precise alignment

Use various tools safely and effectively

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients

Troubleshoot unexpected challenges on-site

Leave every space clean, polished, and complete

Your ability to stay calm under pressure and think quickly on your feet protects our nearly 100-year reputation for excellence.

What We’re Looking For

Strong attention to detail

High level of customer service and professionalism

Self-starter who works well independently

Strong organizational and time management skills

Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record

Ability to lift, climb ladders, and work in residential environments

Experience installing window treatments is a plus — but we are willing to train the right candidate who brings the right attitude and work ethic.
