What You’ll Do:

Accurately measure and install custom window treatments in residential and commercial spaces

Ensure every installation meets Bay View quality and aesthetic standards

Communicate professionally and clearly with customers during install appointments

Troubleshoot and solve installation challenges on-site

Coordinate with the scheduling and design teams for smooth project execution

Maintain a safe, organized work environment and company vehicle
