This customer-facing role is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day scheduling and delivery of installation activities across our customer base. You will ensure engineers are effectively deployed, installations are completed efficiently, and customers receive a high standard of service throughout. 
We are looking for a highly organised, confident individual with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset to help ensure installations run smoothly and customer expectations are consistently met. 
We would love to welcome you to our Salford office, working hours of Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week. 
Your responsibilities day to day will be… 
• Plan and schedule installation work in line with customer requirements and engineer availability with an ethos of “getting it right first time” 
• Act as a key point of contact for customers, providing updates and confirming installation arrangements to their needs and minimising disruption 
• Constantly looking for means to raise the bar when it comes to customer satisfaction 
• Work with your teammates to achieve daily and weekly targets 
• Regularly work with our sales, technical, production and finance teams to best respond to customer needs 
• Manage, organise and update relevant diaries and documentation, co-ordinate kit distribution to align with planned installations 
• Proactively strive to perform all tasks in a highly accurate and proficient manner, ensuring customer service is at the forefront of your considerations 
• Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety, and quality management
