The Role
As an Installation Manager, you are responsible for making sure jobs are:
Measured accurately
Scheduled properly
Installed to company standard
Completed right the first time
Delivered with an exceptional customer experience
You will oversee multiple jobs and crews across your region. You are the bridge between Sales, Production, and Installation.
If something is wrong — you fix it.
If something can be improved — you improve it.
If standards slip — you raise them.
You report to the Regional Senior Installation Manager and work closely with Production and Sales.
What You’ll Be Accountable For
Installation Performance
First-Time Completion (getting the job done right the first time)
Accurate measurements and job packages
Reducing errors and rework
Maintaining installation standards
Scheduling & Execution
Coordinating jobs efficiently
Ensuring installers have what they need
Keeping projects moving on time
Customer Experience
Maintaining high Medallia (NPS) scores
Driving strong 5-star reviews
Handling escalations professionally
Cost Control
Reviewing and managing project cost additions (PCAs)
Preventing avoidable order errors
Monitoring installer payouts for accuracy
Team Development
Coaching installers
Reinforcing company standards
Identifying skill gaps and training needs
What a Strong Candidate Looks Like
You’ll likely succeed here if you:
Have 5+ years leading field crews in construction or trades
Understand window/door installation or similar exterior trades
Are comfortable reading measurements and job packages
Know how to hold tradespeople accountable without losing respect
Believe clean jobsites and homeowner care matter
Are comfortable being measured on performance
This role requires confidence, urgency, and leadership presence.
If you prefer low expectations and minimal accountability, this isn’t the right fit.

You will be measured monthly on:
Days to Measure / Days to Order
First-Time Completion Rate
Customer Satisfaction (Medallia)
Online Reputation (5-Star Reviews)
Technical Accuracy of Job Packages
This is a scoreboard-driven position. Performance matters.
Compensation
Base Salary: $75,000 annually
Car Allowance: $800 monthly
Cellphone Allowance: $50 monthly
Bonus Potential: Up to $11,250 annually
Total Earning Potential: Over $96,450 per year
Bonuses are paid monthly and tied directly to performance metrics such as:
First-time completion
Customer satisfaction scores
Review performance
Measurement and order accuracy
Error reduction
You control your bonus through results.
Working Conditions
Field-based role with regular driving to job sites
Administrative work completed from home office
Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required
Must be able to lift and carry light product samples
