This entry-level position will provide you with hands-on experience in identifying home service needs for our clients and performing soft washing techniques to maintain the integrity and appearance of their properties. Inspection Duties

Conduct a thorough investigation of the exterior of the home, looking out for damage from the elements and pesky substrates

Soft Washing Tasks

Assist in soft washing services, utilizing specialized equipment and cleaning solutions to safely clean exterior surfaces such as roofs, siding, and driveways.

Follow proper techniques to avoid damage to surfaces while effectively removing dirt, mold, and mildew.

Help prepare and maintain equipment, ensuring it is clean, functional, and ready for use.

Job Site Organization

Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and accounted for.

Participate in the setup and breakdown of work areas, following safety protocols at all times.

Safety and Training

Adhere to safety guidelines and best practices in all tasks, participating in safety training and meetings as required.

Actively engage in learning opportunities to develop skills in inspection and washing techniques.
