Primary responsibilities:
• Support the Coordinator / Manager in planning, organizing and controlling day-to-day operations to meet clients’ requirements and timelines
• Coordinate and monitor inspection activities to ensure smooth execution from order to credit
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and support business growth
Specific responsibilities:
• Support daily operational coordination and ensure timely execution of inspection activities
• Ensure effective implementation of the Division’s Quality System
• Optimize utilization of inspectors and resources to meet operational demands
• Coordinate sourcing and onboarding of subcontractors, ensuring qualification and readiness before assignment
• Plan and schedule inspection work efficiently, managing changes and urgent requests as required
• Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of equipment and tools
• Review and verify inspection reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
• Monitor inspection job status from order to credit and follow up on any delays
• Support handling of new client requests and operational enquiries
• Support sales and business development activities from an operational standpoint
• Monitor inspector performance and highlight any performance gaps
• Identify training needs and support development of inspectors
• Maintain clear communication with clients, inspectors and internal stakeholders
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior
 
 
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations / coordination / inspection environment
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with multiple priorities
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Able to handle operational challenges and make timely decisions
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with clients and internal teams
• Detail-oriented with strong sense of responsibility
• Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
• Able to manage multiple activities simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Familiar with quality management processes and inspection workflows
• Customer-focused with strong service mindset
