About the Role
Team5pm Cape Town is building a specialised Sprinklr delivery capability as part of a global partnership, and we’re looking for an Insights Specialist (Research & Insights Analyst) to join our Insights team.
In this role, you will work at the core of Sprinklr Insights delivery — building advanced listening queries, developing structured listening frameworks, creating dashboards, analysing trends, and delivering high-quality insight reporting for enterprise clients. You will also contribute to KPI design, AI model QA, and internal enablement through training on query writing and best practices.
You don’t need prior Sprinklr experience — but you do need strong experience in digital insights, research, or social listening. All successful candidates will complete an intensive onboarding and certification programme.
What You’ll Do
Listening & Query Development
• Build, test, and maintain advanced Boolean queries within the Sprinklr Insights module.
• Configure topics, taxonomies, and listening frameworks for Managed Services clients.
• Ensure data quality through continuous query refinement and QA.
Insights, Analysis & Reporting
• Analyse listening data to identify trends, patterns, and competitive insights.
• Conduct benchmarking across brands, markets, and categories.
• Deliver monthly and ad-hoc insight reports with clear, actionable recommendations.
• Synthesize complex data into concise, stakeholder-ready narratives.
Dashboards & Measurement
• Build custom dashboards tailored to different stakeholder audiences.
• Design KPI frameworks aligned to business and platform objectives.
• Create calculated fields, custom metrics, and structured data views.
• Support first-party data ingestion and configuration where required.
Training & Quality Assurance
• Deliver training on query writing and listening best practices.
• Support Product Insights AI model training through tagging, validation, and QA.
Document methodologies, frameworks, and insights best practices for reuse.
