Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented graduate to join our team as an Insight Co-Ordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the early stages of their career who is interested in data, reporting, and business analysis.
You will support data-driven decision-making across the business, help maintain reporting systems, and play a key role in our digital transformation journey, including the implementation of a new ERP system. Full training and support will be provided to help you develop your skills and grow within the role.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and maintaining dashboards and reports using Power BI
Support the management of data and documentation within SharePoint
Analyse data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
Support the implementation and ongoing improvement of a new ERP system
Work with different departments to understand reporting needs
Help ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems
Assist in improving processes as part of digital transformation initiatives
Produce regular and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders
Maintain clear documentation of reporting processes and systems
Skills & Experience
Essential
Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Data Analytics, IT, Mathematics)
Basic experience or exposure to Power BI (academic or practical)
Familiarity with SharePoint or willingness to learn
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Desirable
Basic understanding of databases (e.g. SQL or data structures)
Awareness of ERP systems or business systems
Experience working with data (academic projects, internships, or placements)
Interest in digital transformation and technology
