Assist with SFE incentive calculation, validation, and scenario testing under team guidance. Maintain standard reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI . Support cross-functional coordination with Sales, Marketing, and IT teams. 【 What We Are Looking For? 】 Undergraduate or graduate student (Business, Data Analytics, Information Management, or related fields). Strong Excel skills are required (formulas, basic analysis). Experience with Power BI, automation, or Python is a plus Detail-oriented, logical, and eager to learn. 【 What You Will Gain? 】 Hands-on exposure to Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) and CRM (Veeva) operations. Practical experience in sales performance management and incentive mechanics. Mentorship and structured on-the-job learning. 【 Who can apply? 】 Must be a university student in the third year or above or a graduate student. Working time: at least 2.5 days per week. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 【 Preferred Personality Traits 】 Clear Communicator: Able to articulate task progress, issues, and support needs in a concise and structured manner.
