Client Service Associate への早期本選考の一環として、ワンデイ ワークショップを開催します。

イベントでのパフォーマンスに応じて、特別選考プロセスにご招待します。

• 会社説明 / Company Introduction

• 業務体験セッション / Case Study and Role Play Session

• 先輩社員座談会 / Senpai Round Table

• 面接対策講座 / Interview Preparation, Mock Interview

• シニアリーダーシップ セッション / Senior Vice President Talk など

AlphaSights 東京オフィス (日比谷フォートタワー) / AlphaSights Tokyo Office

応募条件

• 2028年に大学 または 大学院を卒業する予定である (Bachelor degree以上を保有している・する予定であること)

• 日本語・英語がどちらもビジネスレベル以上である (Sessionの半数が英語にて実施されます)

• イベントにおいて、全日の参加が可能である

• 大学・大学院における学部・専攻は不問

• 当社の価値観との整合性：意欲的で、結果志向で、適応性があり、謙虚で共感性のある人物

イベント参加への選考ステップ

• 英語レジュメを提出 / Submit your resume

• 日本語・英語による15分の面接 / Online Interview conducted in Japanese and English

• 選考結果通知、イベント参加日程の決定 / Result announcement

イベント参加後の流れ

本選考 (Fast Track)　

※Insight Dayでの実績によって、本選考へ招待されます。年内の内定連絡を予定しています。

・Essay Writing
・First Round Interview with Talent Acquisition Team (45 minutes)
・Role-Play Interview with a Client Service Team Manager (1 hour)
・Final Interview with a Senior Vice President (1 hour)
