Your everyday life with us:
Your mission is to ensure absolute fluidity in the sales cycle. Your responsibilities include:
Workflow Master: Accurately create, review and finalize quotes and orders in SAP.
CRM Strategist: Manage and propel sales opportunities through our C4C system.
Consulting Expert: Provide key information on pricing, lead times and provide basic technical support on our product range.
Compliance Guardian: Validate purchase orders, manage customer account opening and ensure compliance with guidelines.
Partner of success: Proactively follow-up with customers and support our field representatives to close sales.
Administrative rigor: Ensure impeccable classification of documentation for perfect traceability.
Searched profile:
You are an organized person with a strong sense of customer service and a natural ease with management systems.
Training: College degree in administration, logistics or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 3 to 5 years of solid experience in customer service (industrial environment, a major asset).
Technical asset: Knowledge of mechanics or power transmission will be considered an important asset.
Tools: Master of the Google suite and ideally experience with SAP.
Skills: Ability to juggle multiple priorities, attention to detail and team spirit.
