Insider One Spark: Turning the Next Generation’s Ambition into Real-World Impact

Insider One Spark is an early-career talent programme for curious, ambitious students who refuse to wait until graduation to start building a legacy.

Here, you don’t just observe; you contribute. You will immerse yourself in real projects, embrace responsibility early, and decode how global teams operate, far beyond the four walls of a classroom.

Tailored for 3rd and 4th-year university students, this 6 month part-time journey is a dedicated dive into the world of global business, designed for those who learn best by doing.

What is Insider One Spark?

InsiderOneSpark is a part-time, onsite program based in Istanbul, designed for students who seek hands-on exposure to business functions within a global SaaS company while continuing their studies.

Through our rotation-based structure, you will gain exposure to 2-3 different business functions, gaining a multi-dimensional view of what it takes to scale a unicorn.

Program Structure

Weekly Schedule: Part-time (minimum 3 days per week) - designed to blend with your university schedule.
Program Duration: 6 months of continuous growth.
Location: Onsite - Istanbul (Where the energy of our culture is most contagious).

What you will do:
• Support real business projects across commercial and operational teams
• Rotate across different functions to understand how a global company operates
• Take responsibility for assigned tasks and contribute to end-to-end initiatives
• Collaborate shoulder-to-shoulder with experienced professionals and global stakeholders
• Build practical business skills alongside your academic studies
• Position yourself for future full-time opportunities within Insider One.

Who We're Looking For:
• 3rd or 4th year university students
• Strong interest in business roles (Sales, Operations, Customer, Finance, Strategy, People, etc.)
• The ability to express ideas fluently in English within a global context
• The dedication to show up and engage in a long-term, part-time onsite environment in Istanbul.
• Individuals who are proactive, ownership-driven, and ready to turn their curiosity into results.

Who we’re looking for:
• Recent graduates or early-career professionals (up to ~2 years of experience)
• Strong interest in business functions (Marketing, Sales, Customer Retention, People (HR), and Data & Analytics, Finance etc.)
• The ability to communicate with influence in English within a global ecosystem.
• A strong motivation to be part of our onsite, Istanbul-based collaborative and high-energy environment.
• Individuals who are intellectually restless, ownership-driven, and ready to learn by doing
