Insider One Spark: Turning the Next Generation’s Ambition into Real-World Impact

Insider One Spark is an early-career talent program for curious, ambitious graduates who expect more than just a first job. You’ll tackle real business challenges, take ownership from day one, and evolve alongside global teams while creating measurable impact.

Following the success of our first cohort, Insider One is reintroducing Insider One Spark with a stronger structure and a longer-term vision. This year, the program is designed as a 6 month, full-time development journey, fully focused on business roles where learning happens through real ownership, not simulations.

What is Insider One Spark?

Insider One Spark is a full-time, onsite early-career program based in Istanbul, designed for new graduates and early-career professionals (up to ~2 years of experience) who aspire to build strong foundations in business functions within a global SaaS company.

The program follows a rotation-based structure, allowing participants to navigate 2-3 different business functions throughout the journey.

Program Structure

Weekly Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week.
Program Duration: 6 months of continuous growth.
Location: Onsite - Istanbul (Where you’ll experience our culture and energy up close, every day)

What you will do:
• Work on real, business-critical projects across commercial and operational teams
• Rotate across different functions, such as Marketing, Sales, Customer Retention, People (HR), and Data & Analytics, Finance functions, to gain broad business exposure
• Take ownership of responsibilities and contribute to end-to-end initiatives
• Collaborate with experienced leaders and global teams
• Gain hands-on experience in how a global organization operates across regions
• Showcase your potential for full-time roles at Insider One

Who we’re looking for:
• Recent graduates or early-career professionals (up to ~2 years of experience)
• Strong interest in business functions (Marketing, Sales, Customer Retention, People (HR), and Data & Analytics, Finance etc.)
• The ability to communicate with influence in English within a global ecosystem.
• A strong motivation to be part of our onsite, Istanbul-based collaborative and high-energy environment.
• Individuals who are intellectually restless, ownership-driven, and ready to learn by doing
