The Role
As a Lead Generation Specialist, your mission is simple: build the pipeline. You are the first point of contact between ICN and the world’s leading AI integrators and Service Providers. You won't be closing the deals; you will be the one finding the opportunities, making the cold calls, and setting the stage for our senior team to win.

This is a high-volume, high-activity role. You will spend your day researching, dialing, and emailing to turn cold prospects into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).

What You’ll Do
- Create and curate a high-quality list of targetsOutbound sales (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to identify and engage senior decision-makers at MSPs and AI startups.
- Qualify prospects to understand their GPU needs, budget, and timeline, ensuring only the best leads reach our senior team.
- Rigorously maintain accurate records to ensure no lead is ever forgotten and follow-ups are perfectly timed.
- Handover qualified leads to the team to close.

Qualities for Success
- You are motivated by activity metrics. You view a "No" as just one step closer to a "Yes."
- You don’t need to be an engineer, but you must be able to explain the "Neocloud" value proposition - why GPUs and Sovereign Cloud matter for AI today.
- You must be confident on the phone. You can navigate past gatekeepers and hold a professional conversation with a CTO.
- You manage your outbound sequences with discipline.0–2 years of experience in Sales, SDR, or Telemarketing.
- We value attitude and grit over years on a resume.
- Native-level or professional-level English is a must.
