Position: Inside Sales Representative – Stone & Cabinet
Annual Potential: $55,000 - $60,000 (Base + Uncapped Commission)
We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support inbound inquiries, online leads, quote follow-up, and customer conversion for our stone & cabinet product lines. This role is ideal for a sales professional who is strong in follow-up, customer communication, quoting, and turning opportunities into orders. Experience in stone, cabinets, kitchen & bath, or related building materials is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
Follow up on inbound inquiries, online leads, call-in requests, and occasional walk-in traffic in a timely and professional manner.
Proactively reach out to prospects via phone, email, and online platforms to convert interest into quotes, estimates, and sales orders.
Re-engage dormant customers and conduct outbound follow-up to generate additional business opportunities.
Prioritize incoming opportunities and prepare accurate quotes and estimates based on customer needs and project information.
Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their project needs, recommending suitable stone and cabinet products, and providing responsive follow-up.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely communication, and customer satisfaction.
Support customers with product selection, layout discussion, and basic design coordination; work with design support when needed.
Maintain organized records of leads, quotes, follow-up activities, and sales pipeline progress.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in inside sales, lead follow-up, showroom sales, or other customer-facing sales roles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong follow-up, lead conversion, and closing skills.
Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries, quotes, and active opportunities at the same time.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with customers.
Experience in stone, cabinets, kitchen & bath, building materials, or related industries is strongly preferred.
Ability to read basic blueprints, measurements, or project layouts is preferred.
Experience with 2020 Design or similar cabinet design software is preferred, not required. Training can be provided for high-potential candidates.
Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
Ability to occasionally work weekends, if needed.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary of $45,000 plus uncapped commission. Typical first-year earnings are expected to reach $55,000–$60,000+, with higher upside for self-generated business.
New Hire Guarantee: Full commission eligibility from Day 1 (no minimum threshold for the first 3 months) to ensure a smooth transition
