Hy-safe technology is looking for passionate, motivated and goal oriented sales team members. This is a ground-floor opportunity to join a growing sales team in the safety and construction industry.

Job Duties:

Make 20-30 Business to Business sales calls daily

Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted

Work with sales team to pass on leads

Influences customers to buy services and merchandise

Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations.

Maintains technical knowledge by reviewing publications and staying up to date on new products and services

Research and understand fall protection equipment

Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers

Adjust sales talks to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals

Telephone or write letters to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts

Requirements

• High school Diploma

• 2-4 years minimum experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development

• Basic knowledge of construction or safety industry a plus

• Knowledge of sales strategies

• Ability to learn new information quickly and thoroughly
