Inside Sales Appointment Setter (Remote) – ProConnect | Renewal by Andersen

ProConnect is the Inside Sales Centre (ISC) and the beginning of the customer journey for Renewal by Andersen (RbA). This is where first impressions are made, opportunities are created, and meaningful connections with homeowners begin.

Our British Columbia and Alaska teams are known for strong performance, exceptional customer experience, and a supportive, team-first culture.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING | THE ROLE

Your primary responsibility is to generate qualified appointments for our in-home Design Consultants through a combination of inbound and outbound calls.

In this role, you will:

Book 8–10 qualified appointments daily

Complete 80+ calls per day in a high-volume environment

Follow a proven script while adapting naturally to each conversation

Overcome objections with confidence and professionalism

Build genuine connections while guiding customers toward next steps

Ensure every interaction reflects a positive and professional customer experience

This role is ideal for someone who can balance efficiency with authenticity—moving quickly while still making each customer feel heard and valued.

 

WHAT YOU BRING | THE PERSON

We’re looking for someone who is both results-driven and customer-focused.

You bring:

2+ years of experience in a fast-paced sales environment (phone or in-person)

Confidence in consultative selling and discussing home improvement projects

A track record of meeting or exceeding targets

Strong verbal and written communication skills

A positive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask

You are someone who:

Takes ownership of your performance

Stays motivated in a high-activity environment

Cares about delivering a great customer experience from the first interaction

(Experience in construction or home renovation is considered an asset.)

WORKING CONDITIONS | THE ENVIRONMENT

100% remote – work from the comfort of your home

Rotating shifts between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM PST

Schedules provided 3 weeks in advance

Includes a mix of opening, closing, evenings, and weekends

Fast-paced, team-supported environment with ongoing learning
