WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING | THE ROLE
Your primary responsibility is to generate qualified appointments for our in-home Design Consultants through a combination of inbound and outbound calls.
In this role, you will:
Book 8–10 qualified appointments daily
Complete 80+ calls per day in a high-volume environment
Follow a proven script while adapting naturally to each conversation
Overcome objections with confidence and professionalism
Build genuine connections while guiding customers toward next steps
Ensure every interaction reflects a positive and professional customer experience
This role is ideal for someone who can balance efficiency with authenticity—moving quickly while still making each customer feel heard and valued.
WHAT YOU BRING | THE PERSON
We’re looking for someone who is both results-driven and customer-focused.
You bring:
2+ years of experience in a fast-paced sales environment (phone or in-person)
Confidence in consultative selling and discussing home improvement projects
A track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A positive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask
You are someone who:
Takes ownership of your performance
Stays motivated in a high-activity environment
Cares about delivering a great customer experience from the first interaction
(Experience in construction or home renovation is considered an asset.)

WORKING CONDITIONS | THE ENVIRONMENT
100% remote – work from the comfort of your home
Rotating shifts between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM PST
Schedules provided 3 weeks in advance
Includes a mix of opening, closing, evenings, and weekends
