We’re looking for a German-speaking Inside Sales Representative to join a fast-growing international sales team, working with small and medium-sized businesses across the DACH market.
What you’ll do
Build and manage a high-volume pipeline of SMB advertisers through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn and video outreach
Identify, qualify and convert new business opportunities in a one-to-many sales model
Run structured, multi-channel outreach campaigns focused on speed, impact and conversion
Advise clients on digital advertising solutions and launch pilot campaigns to drive early success
Collaborate with marketing, sales and account management teams to ensure smooth onboarding
Consistently exceed activity, pipeline and revenue targets while delivering a great customer experience
What we’re looking for
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development or lead generation (digital, SaaS or media is a plus)
Native or fluent German and professional English
Comfortable with outbound prospecting and working in a target-driven environment
Strong communication skills and a commercial mindset
Passion for digital marketing and helping businesses grow
