Inside Sales Representative

Who You Are:

• A determined problem solver.
• A clear communicator who can tackle and understand technical information.
• Multitasker who can manage multiple priorities and requests simultaneously.
• 2 - 4 years’ experience in inside sales or customer service.
• Acute attention to detail and loves to keep things organized.
• Accountable and takes ownership of work.
• Loves to work cross functionally with the field sales team.
• Has an interest in instrumentation, reliability, and electrical component industry.

What Will You Do?

• Respond to incoming request for price, delivery, and technical information.
• Research and problem solve with customers to find suitable products.
• Work with the field sales team to deliver on requests.
• Manage inventory system, process customer orders and place orders with vendors.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Build towards a field sales position if desired.
