The Third Estimate is looking for a killer Inside Sales / Rehash Specialist to work warm, previously quoted leads—homeowners who already showed interest but didn’t buy.
Your job?
Follow up. Rebuild trust. Close the deal.
What You’ll Be Doing
Reworking warm + aged leads (no cold calling)
Following up with homeowners who didn’t buy the first time
Handling objections and creating urgency
Booking appointments or closing deals directly
Managing a high volume of calls, texts, and follow-ups
Updating pipeline and notes in CRM
This role is all about second chances = real revenue. Rehash specialists have the potential to be some of the highest earners on the team.
What We’re Looking For
Proven sales ability (inside sales, or rehash experience preferred)
Home Improvement Sales – a MUST
Someone who hates losing deals
Strong objection-handling and closing skills
High energy, competitive, and money-motivated
Comfortable making 50+ calls/texts/emails/day
CRM experience is a plus
