The primary purpose of this role is to sell and upsell our Pest Management Services and Products to residential prospects and current clientele professionally, profitably and ethically by executing the company designed sales process. The role of the Inside Sales Professional for Rentokil Terminix is to meet or exceed Baseline Sales Targets, meets or exceeds KPIs while maintaining a customer focused service. New business revenue will come from the following sources:

Salary: $18.50 - $20.00/hour + commissions

Location: 17705 Leslie Street, Unit #18, Newmarket, ON L3Y3E3

Principal Duties and Responsibilities :

• Making regular (soft) sales calls to existing customers on marketing campaigns
• Answering incoming phone calls in a busy office environment from new prospective customers inquiring about pest control services
• Making follow-up calls to customers who recently had service.
• Provide support to field staff (Technicians), as required
• Perform general office and clerical tasks, as required

Requirements:
• A mature individual with a positive and professional attitude
• Excellent phone manner and people skills
• Basic to intermediate computer literacy (PC, Email, Internet)
• Ability and willingness to learn about the industry
• High School diploma or equivalent minimum, post-secondary education preferred (but not required)
• Prior Inside Sales and Service experience an asset
• Prior A/R experience an asset

Education Requirements: High School Diploma

Preferred: College Diploma or University Degree in a business, administrative and/or accounting field or equivalent experience
