Job Description

Your daily workout:
We are looking for a communicative and solution-oriented Inside Sales Account Manager (m/f/d) preferably onsite in Valencia or remote to expand our EGYM sales team in Spain. Your role will involve providing reliable advice to our clients and building collaborative relationships. • Customer Advisory: You support our regional Sales team by advising decision-makers, acting as a link with headquarters and provide the necessary information to guide clients through the purchasing process, helping them choose the right solution
• Customer Acquisition: You independently identify potential clients for products in our portfolio and seize cross-selling opportunities
• Support: You assist regional Sales Manager in implementing the local sales strategy, organizing, and following up on event invitations
• Efficiency: You record your activities and information in our CRM tool Salesforce to make targeted outbound calls based on defined marketing and sales campaigns
• Optimization: You proactively contribute ideas to improve our products and optimize processes based on market feedback


Your fitness level:
• Qualification: You have completed professional commercial training or equivalent studies
• Professional Experience: You are experienced in customer relations, preferably in the fitness sector and are experienced with working in a call center or similar
• Communication: You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and enjoy speaking on the phone incl. cold calling
• Empathy: You are empathetic and able to adapt to the people you interact with
• Way of working: You are known for your reliable, solution-oriented work approach and are a team player
• Languages: Your mother tongue is Spanish and you are able to communicate in English (written and spoken)


Your training goal for your first 6 months:
• Customers: You manage your client portfolio using our existing customer database and conduct regular calls with them
• Events: You actively assist with events, including preparation and follow-ups
• Reliability: You are a recognized support for your Sales team colleagues
• Network: You are fully integrated into the Sales team
