Position Summary
We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our field sales representatives.
The ideal candidate is confident, organized, and driven to grow with the company. We’re especially looking for someone with leadership and management potential who wants to build a long-term career and help shape our success.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls from prospective customers

Conduct outbound calls and follow up on leads

Qualify potential customers and schedule appointments

Maintain accurate customer records and data

Support company sales goals through consistent communication

Demonstrate initiative and contribute to a positive team environment

Qualifications

1+ year of experience in inside sales, customer service, or lead generation

Excellent verbal communication and listening skills

Proven ability to manage a high call volume efficiently

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Leadership experience or potential preferred

Positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn
