The Role

As an Inside Sales Executive you will support and manage unassigned merchants by assisting with onboarding, addressing inquiries, processing orders, and delivering tailored solutions to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Manage the Greek unassigned clientele (merchants without account manager);
Assist new merchants to complete their self-onboarding process;
Answer questions about company’s products and services;
Question customers’ needs and close sales deals;
Go the ''extra mile'' with selected clients of greater anticipated value to offer customized solutions and secure sales;
Take and process orders in an accurate manner;
Conduct cross sell / upsell / win back campaigns in the country's unassigned clientele;
Provide liaison support for existing merchants on support issues;
Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
