We are seeking aggressive, successful, money-motivated sales professionals to join their inside sales team. This organization is an IT training company, conducting business-to-business sales, assisting companies with their organizational need for technology training. You do not need an IT background for this position; an extensive training program allows you to get comfortable with the job responsibilities.

SUMMARY: 

Inside sales representatives who sell via the telephone. Typically making between 60 to 80 outbound phone calls a day. They are assigned to established geographic regions where they proactively sell our clients products and services. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Must be able to acquire new business, as well as, grow existing business. Gather an in-depth knowledge of the prospects¡¦ key players, identify the team players in order to uncover needs and present products, services and strategic solutions to meet those needs. The ideal candidate will be able to achieve success from prospecting stage through successfully closing the deal. An individual contributor who possesses strong teaming skills and works toward achieving individual and team goals.

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding certain call metrics and revenue goals 

- Ability to understand cutting edge technologies and apply knowledge and past experience to the product line 

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written 

- The ability to thrive in a strategic, consultative sales environment 

- Strong closing skills over the phone 

- Good computer skills; i.e., Excel, Outlook, CRM 

- Time management , effectively manage time and resources in order to achieve high productivity and efficiency 

- Build and maintain excellent customer relationships 

- Highly motivated to be lead and be a leader themselves 

- Set high standards of performance for self and others 

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task 

- Exercises professionalism at all times when dealing with external and internal customers 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 

- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent sales experience
