The Innovation Lead supports the execution of the organization’s technology innovation initiatives by identifying emerging technologies, assisting in proof-of-concept development, and coordinating innovation activities across teams. The role focuses on hands-on delivery, supervision of innovation tasks, partner coordination, and reporting, ensuring initiatives are executed in line with approved innovation strategies and roadmaps.

This position bridges business requirements and technical capabilities while supervising innovation activities that improve service offerings, operational efficiency, and competitiveness.

1. Innovation Execution & Roadmap Support

• Support the implementation of approved innovation strategies and roadmaps
• Assist in identifying innovation opportunities aligned with business and service needs
• Track innovation initiatives, timelines, and dependencies

2. Technology Research & Trend Monitoring

• Conduct research on emerging technologies, tools, and platforms
• Prepare technology scans, summaries, and briefing materials
• Support analysis of feasibility, cost implications, and operational impact

3. Proof-of-Concept (PoC) Development

• Coordinate and assist in the development of proof-of-concepts and pilot initiatives
• Work with technical teams to validate functionality and performance
• Document PoC results, lessons learned, and recommendations

4. Innovation Solutions & Service Development Support

• Assist in translating approved concepts into solution frameworks or internal service offerings

5. Innovation Program Coordination

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
