Injection Mold Machine Operator – Immediate Start!
Location: Gardner, MA
Pay: $20–$22 per hour DOE
Shifts Available:
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday–Friday)
• 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM (Monday–Friday)

About the Role
Westaff is seeking an experienced Injection Mold Machine Operator (Mold Technician) to support day‑to‑day production operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the proper functionality of molding machinery, monitoring machine performance, troubleshooting issues, and performing repairs on production and support equipment.

Job Duties
• Operate and monitor various types of plastics machinery and related support equipment
• Make necessary adjustments to machines and auxiliary equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment using OEM schematics
• Restore machines and equipment to proper operational condition in a timely manner
• Work with specialized equipment such as robotics, molding machines, and programming systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve injection‑end problems
• Perform system monitoring, debugging, and troubleshooting of operational issues
• Conduct repairs and preventive maintenance on production equipment and grinders

Requirements
• Injection mold experience is required
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical repair skills
• Ability to read and work from OEM schematics
• Experience with molding machines, robotics, and related equipment
